Looking for Sounds

I'm not sure if this was the right group to post this in, but it seemed like the best fit.

I am looking for a set of traditional instument sounds (piano, strings, brass, etc.) so that I can use my MPC 1k in conjunction with my synth to have a makeshift sample based keyboard. I want it to sound professional and am willing to spend a bit of money for the sounds. Any pointers to where I should start looking?

pm me on specifically what you need and i might have some sounds you can work with. drums especially......how much you willing to spend?

I don't need any drums, I'm pretty much just looking for the standard instruments you would find on a keyboard, the things I listed above plus maybe some bass and woodwinds. I'm not looking for any riffs or loops, I want to play them like a keyboard.

For a whole set of quality sounds, I would gladly pay $100 or more. If I was going to buy them individually, it would be a lot less, I probably wouldn't spend more than five bucks for any one instrument's sounds.

dont know if any of the links posted now will help, but the links are updated every few days....

go buy a rack sound module like the motif es rack, or the fantom rack. tons and tons of sounds plus they are both expandable

If you can point to anything similar for under $500, I'm all ears.

The old planet phat rack module got mad piano sounds and strings and shit
. Its an old module made by ensonique. I saw a used one at guitar center for like 100 dollars. Or u can even search on ebay
