High quality 24/192khz well actually.. I don't think I'll notice the difference between 24/96 and 24/192.

Touch screen or pen activated screen like tablet pc is not necessary, but chic. And how about shopping online at akaipro.com with their own card with a promo of no interest or pay for a year plus discount on Forat paint job.

Oh.. don't forget preview of wavs and being able to render the whole thing and burn it on a CD. Oh man oh man.. I'll sell my pc and mpc 4000 immediately. now that's a music production center. I think I'll pay around $4000 max $5000 complete for it. Not $5000 and I have to dish out more for S/Pdif, Adat and such.

yes yes they're dreams, but very possible. With stuff like Plugzilla out, and Mackie DXB that also can control vst.. why not Akai. If they wanna stay in the game, they have to realize that vst/dx will keep them in the game. Plugzilla is a 2999 machine if I'm not mistaken. So it's still expensive technology. And plugzilla have their engine to make new vsti out of scratch.

Stuff like EKO are really expensive and I wouldn't want to buy it. But if the integration is done on an mpc.. yeah I'd buy it.

It's possible.. but will Akai take that road...
