Have anyone of you ever noticed how a lot of sounds from the South have doubled kicks? Example: New Big Boi CD introduction and artist like Miracle, Drama, Pastor Troy etc. This sound is usually associated with the ATL, does anyone know how to re-create this on an XL? I have tried a little, but didn't know how specific I need to be. Example: Note Variation (Repeat) and doubling on the pads......

Please give feedback.

Do you mean timing? 1/16th to a higher level?

Yeah, dub is talking about resolution. Step editing and simultaneous sample play can also get you there, or use overdub and play it out realtime..

use realtime. its probably the only way ur gonna get it exactly the way u want. it might take longer but the outcome will be better.
