A MPC 1k book?

What's up? I'm new to the site! Glad to be here! I haven't bought my 1000 as of yet, probably in another week or so, but will they have a book that will come out like the 2000xl on how to bang out beats? Just trying to figure what all im gonna buy when i do get this baby!

Welcome to the site...as far as I know there isnt any books, but by reading the manual,practising, and reading through old topics on these forums you'll be able to get all the info you need. Also Im sure if you bought the 2kXL book many of the same techniques would apply to the 1k...

Thanks man! Actually I had a 2kxl a couple of years back, but due to job changes, money, & the like I had to sale it for the money. I hated to do it but you know how things go sometimes! I got to bang out a couple of beats before I sold it though!
