what up yo... long time no post.. sorry i been in the lab constantly and havent had time to post in a while...
but here is my problem...

ok i been using Reason alot lately... mostly for the synths and effects, and when i record my Reason synth into the MPC1k by midi trigger everything works fine. However, i want to be able to take the MPC1k to the studio to track out some beats. The problem for me is that my sound module is Reason and i can't transfer the sound over to the MPC directly because of Reasons own file type and tune settings... ok i had one idea, which was to track out a whole 4 or 8 bars of my synth line and then just re-sequence it into the MPC to have it just trigger the whole 4-8 bars instead of individual midi steps... if that made any sense...
would this work?
if you guys have any other suggestions im all ears...
Thanx...

Ok, there a few ways to go about it... the best two ways are too

1. ReWire the tracks to Cubase or Live 4. with the Sounds from the MPC1000 also. So u get it all.

2. Or what ever the loops length, 2bar 4 bar what ever, basically, record the sequences in Reason, this can be done simply by Arming Reason and letting it record the midi event triggers from the MPC so u dont have to do it manually in Reason. then after this, Export to WAV each sample then load into the MPC1000 and bobs ya uncle.

I might update the tutorials to show people how to do it. also the link is in my Sig.
