So with this set-up you described above, will I be able to hear my drum pattern I created on my MPC through Live? Therefore enabling me to play other instruments (such as VST's) in other tracks along to the drum beat??

Yes....So now you can have external VSTi tracks in your mix.

The Midi Bug

The bug i first mentioned has been fixed in all versions of 5 just that when is starts it begins playing the MPC out of sync for a split second and instanteously fixes it self. a round this would be to have a empty 1 bar sequence in the MPC so that its all in time before the music kiks in.

This might be a problem only for users of the EMU1820.
