Tannoy reveals active, I cant even go past 1 notch on my mixer they are that loud! I think I need to get the sub woofer for some nice bass action

nah roundy- dont get a sub...sure fire way to cock up your bass imaging....you dont need a sub when composing-there are even drum n bass peeps who never use subs- id get the bass right with what you have...

My Rokit 5's were 150 plus $2 shipping ($2 shipping for 2day air for a 16lb package!!! that's cheap as fu<K!) from SameDayMusic.com. $304 and they were at my house 2 days later!!!! NICE.

Yep, DM6'es.

Also have some Tannoy Reveal Actives coming up but I prefer these for creation, maybe the mixdown would be better done on monitors.
