mapping drums to all 16 pads

hey gotta question for yall,

say your ready to start creating a song on the mpc ...

when you guys create a program or a kit with your 16 pads..

how do you guys assign your drums

top first 4 row, the snares
next 4 rows of pads the kicks
next 4 rows of pads the hi hats
next 4 rows of pads the claps
?????????

do u guys organize your pad banks this way when your getting ready to create a song

Map them anyway you feel comfortable with.

BANK A:
pad 1, 2, 3, 4, Kicks
pad 5, 6, 7, 8, snares
pad 9,10,11,12 hats
pad 13 14 15 16 percussion

BANK B:
