if i had a hammer

can someone explain to me in idiot speak how to get the ram in that slot. i dont seem to be able to push it down far enough into theconnections. how far do you need to get it in b4 you push it past the clips. is it just a case of forcing it in. are my fingers too big. help.

What kinda of RAM did u get? If I'm not mistaken the Akai EXB 128 comes with intructions . But you're supposed to put it in at angle and then push it down.

if the ram isnt working, then you may want to swap it for a new one... my first ram chip was defective...

Turn it around the other way. They only fit in ONE way.

Angle it a little and do it.

It doesn't take much force at all.
