Now its too easy to come on here and totally rip this guy, so id rather give him some constructive critisicms.
1. Dont try to find the key of a sample with a bass sound, its harder to distinguish between tones in the low end of the frequency spectrum.
2. dont play bass over a sample which already contains bass notes, it creates a muddy low end to your tracks.
3. Time stretch the Chopped up samples better so that they play continously and not with a half sec gap between them, either that or speed up your tempo slightly until you start to hear it fall into place.
I think hes an average beat maker im not putting him down or talking down on him cuz at the end of the day how many pro beat makers are out there makin chips, not many.
It was pretty fukin funny with the bass being out of tune but all it takes is a tip or two and hicups like that can be rectified, it does go to show though that you can have some good equipment (average equipment in this case) and have everything perfectly setup and still not make a hit, it really does boil down to the sample and how you use it.
p.s If you think that guy had the most annoying hands on the planet then holla .......
lol
