Help!!!!!!! Hooking up Turntables to computer?????

I have 2 Technics and a Vestax 07 ISP PRO. Im trying to make a demo for this hip hop group im going to work with. What is the easiest way to hook my turntables up to the computer?? and post the file on an email?? Please help I would appreciate it to the fullest. 1 luv!!
