need help resetting CEP

what up fellas havent been in the forum for some time but i just need to reset the mp3 bit rate;
i had changed it to make my files smaller to up load some tracks to my page and now when saving as mp3 or wave i get documents only on wav and on mp3's

i get this really shtty sounding mp3 how do i reset this on my CEP

oh i noticed too that my temp folder is showing up when saving;
shouldnt it be saving in the folder i choose
how do i change this
i have searched in the help file of CEP but nothing there about this

I'm at work right now, so I don't got CEP in front of me. But I think when you save as an mp3, in the save as screen where you name the file you're saving, on the bottom right the should be an advance option or mp3PRO option or something like that. The the save as screen expand from the bottom and there is a bitrate selector. If I'm wrong, then I'll check when I get home and get back at you,

is there a default settin to reset it all, becasue i have tried that and it's still the same.

It should stay on the last settings you made. otherwise save as a preset and switch manualy

if you want to compress multiple files, you might wanna check out the batch file converter.

i dont need toconvert files i need to comprees them so i can upload them to the internet ,you now these free sites only let you upload anything under 5mb's
i think i got it workin but my files are coming out to large still.
