either jacked or you will just be thrown into the pile of thousands of unsolicited demos. a lot of labels/A&R's won't even look at it if they didn't solicit(ask for it, met you somewhere) it.

most demos need a solicitation. That is where an agent comes in handy. good luck bro. Gaurd your grill.


if you think you got the heat. You need to find an agent to represent you. then your agent will shop your beats. You will need an attorney, also.

get the source book. it has every agent, lable, venue, attorney, in the industry.

Make a buzz in your area, give out CD's, post your music everywhere. Get Radio play and then they will come to you, this ^^ will save you a lot of time and disappoint and money. TRUST ME

but... get an agent wit some connects from the inside already or that knows people

Arent there folks in the UK or Germany that would take your music to the next level I think some label like NINJA TUNE or maybe Jame Lavell that guy could hook you up. If you can get to some shows and hit some people like James or those dudes from Ubiquity or something like that. Indie hip hop, eletronic, or drum and bass clubs. Those cats listen to hip hop they will probably know who you can get your stuff too. Give them some demo with snippets only! For instance Adam F or Metalheadz (drum and bass) fame actually cut two CDs with LL Cool J and another with Old Dirty some time ago. GOOD LUCK!
