MPC 1k Load times

How long does it take on average to load programs and sequences off of the compact flash card?

no times, but I can say about 3-4mb p/s in saving time and loading is 7-8mb p/s but dont quote me this is just from observation of loading my long samples.

BTW dont matter what card you use the times will not get any faster, the system it self has its own speed.

7-8mb / sec is fast. Sounds like you could load a few new programs full of short samples in seconds.

it takes me about 15 seconds iirc to load the entire base roland R8 set. which is like 50 or 60 sounds
