Midi help

i got my keyboard working and everything but now when i do a midi sound on track 1a in sequence 1 and im done . ill go to seqeunce two and use track 1a and switch it and it will switch the 1a on sequence 1. wat do i have to do do i have to create another program is it in the keyboard or wat. when i use my keyboard i make the empty new program. help please thanks.

dont switch sequences, switch tracks

im switching the sequences because i wanna start on a different song, but if i go to a new sequence 2 and switch track 1a on the mpc1000, it will switch track 1a that i used in sequence 1 . are u allowed to do this or everytime u do a new sequence u jus switch the track up/

u using a 1000 or 2000? cause 2000's allow u to choose the pgm number of the instrument u want.

im using the mpc 1000 and how come if im in ill hip set and i change the volume of a drum in this sequence then i go to another sequence and change the volume of the same drum it does it in the other sewuence. ya feel me its a new song different sequence . help
