Sampling Frequency rate...

Ok im getting into this kind of stuff...

I know when you sample @ 44.1khz...you have a range of 20hz-22.05 khz right?Well say you downsample to 22.05 khz...your highest frequency will be 11.025 khz right...but what will your LOWEST frequency be?Will it be the same , or higher?

Technically there is no low end limit as long as you sample at a rate higher than the frequency you are trying to reproduce. You will not hear anything lower than approx 20hz.
