After I record the first track using two bars, how do I record the other tracks using more bars and without having blank bars in between tracks?
Just got the mpc and having a little trouble. Hit me back please.thanx.

set the "bars" from to to like say 4 then it will add 2 blank bars after the already 2 recorded. if you set it to 6 it will ad 4 blank bars.

but if you want the 2 bars repeated to 4 then you go to the edit screen, select bars and from there you can go buckwild :D

I never had a situation like that before but I think you need to turn the Loop to "ON" on the the track with the 2 bars

because say you already have 2 bars recorded. then you want to add more bars. say you want a total of 8 bars....if you switch the number of bars from 2 to 8 it will add the rest of the bars behind the 2 already recorded. those 6 bars that it added will be blank because you havent recorded anything yet.

before you start the beat, figure out how many bars you want it to be. then set it to that number before you start. but if you have blank bars after the first 2, go into the EDIT screen and select which bars to copy and paste to where....
