OMF stands for Open Media Format. It allows sessions created using one program(Pro Tools for example) to be opend by another program(Sonar, Logic, Cubase, etc.) and keeps times, files names and such all in place.
Most apps have an OMF tool, some are extra options you have to buy.
If you can't get a hold of an OMF tool that works with your program(which you failed to mention by the way) you can bounce down each individual file, place them on a cd and take 'em to the studio. This is very time consuming and of course not very convenient for the engineer working on your tracks although importing everything shouldnt be hard at all. Just make sure to export every track from the very beginning regardless of the lenght or edits of particular tracks. So if the length of the song is 3 minutes, all tracks sould be 3 minutes long, get it?
