4000 screens

Anybody got a parts price list for the 4000? I'm interested to know how much a replacement lcd would cost. That's a pretty big piece and I've heard about the mpc screens going out so I'm assuming the 4000 isn't exempt from that. I have so many samples I'd really like to be able to load up the 4000 in the morning and not shut it down til I'm going to bed, but of course I dont' want to do this if it's going to cost me some ignorant amount of money because my screen might burn out.

Also I was thinking about adjusting contrast when not using it..I wonder would this help?

no, it'd be sort of ignorant to speak without knowing all the facts. I spend most of my day making music...it's convenient to have the equip on and ready to go versus having to sit and wait 5min while sounds are loading everytime I have an idea.
