I save all and aps w/ wav and never have a problem. This was brought up in a post by WDJ I think, not too many days ago actually.

What's even weirder is that I only had that problem when I used to save all my sounds as wavs. Which is the opposite to what Lampdog is saying/doing. Since then I save all my programs with .snds and I've never had the 'trim-mode settings' dissappear on me (stuff like start/end points, tune, and level settings).

if you save a program, make the mpc rewrite the sounds because if you already have that sound saved, the mpc is not gonna change the adjusted start and end points... i hope this makes sense
i had the same problem en after i wiped my floppy's everytime before saving, i never encountered that problem

good luck
