anyways im leavin in a few days and wondering what is the safest way to transport the 1000. Im gonna be drivin from boston to arizona and my boy has a plug adapter in his car so i figured id make beats on the way 2 arizona. From arizona i am going to be flying to colorado so i also was wondering if yall know of any good cases for the mpc1000 and what precautions i should take at the airport. I know ive seen posts on this before but couldnt find them.

Thanks and peace

p.s i typed this fast cause im on the way 2 work, so excuse spelling etc.

edit:

also if im shipping my desktop pc i built from boston to colorado, what would yall suggest is the safest method for packing the desktop and the lcd screen. I have the cardbox box the pc case came in but that was before it had parts in it. I just want to make sure it doesnt get f'ed up in the mail. Thanks

Yeah, I use a laptopbag also. The couple of times I took it with me the security did not say something like: What is that for kind of laptop :)
So you can take it als handbagage mostly togheter with an other bag.

Security took my MPC out of my laptop case and inspected it. The guy had rubber gloves on wiping it down seeing if it was an explosive or something.

definitely carry your 1000 on with you on the plane.
don't take the chance of your equipment getting tossed aorund, no matter how heavy duty the case is (unless you absolutely have to).
