need more RAM

thats not tellin me anything but the errors you're getting are common when your pc isn't powerful enough to run PT. Id say cop a firewire hd and more ram and see if you still get the errors

Protools is a very picky about the components in the computer it runs on. Like I said before your best bet would be to get Cubase SE...here are the requirments.

Windows
Processor: Pentium III 500 MHz or AMD K7 (Pentium III / Athlon 1 GHz or faster recommended)
RAM: 256 MB (512 MB recommended)
Operating System: Windows 2000, Windows XP Home or XP Professional
Sound Card: Windows MME compatible audio hardware (ASIO compatible audio hardware recommended)
Hard Disk: 1 GB of free disk space
