Connecting this to your computer would probably do little to help. Plus you may end up losing the MPC's formatting when copying to PC.
Last I checked, these SCSI-USB adapters are $80. That would be more than I charge to recover the disk itself.

The good ones are $80 from Adaptec, the company that 'defines' SCSI and the one I use. I have not used the off-brand, that is why I did not reference them. Plus, that out company is out of business, has no support, and I have not been able to locate microtech drivers (in a non-password site). Thus, I cannot verify it works on Win2k, XP or OSX. The $80 model does.
