You are starting to irritate me spoiled idiot. The first time I saw your ad over here on the internet I immediately send you an email why you should keep your f*ckin' mpc2000xl!
Then I came across your post on a Dutch Synthforum and again I had to explain why you should keep the damn thing.
Now that I came across your thread on this forum I again told you to keep the bloody box.

If you think people are only serious when they say you should get yourself an mpc3000le then please stop posting on 20.000 different forums. A lot of people tried to explain to you why to KEEP the mpc2000xl. You on the other hand refuse to accept the facts. Why do you think people start to make a fool out of you. Man, how long have I tried to tell you. What a waste of my time.

Glad I ain't your dad...

See, that's what I meant. A waste of time 8)

Next time you ask for advice, please inform the other forum members what answer you are looking for. That way you always hear what you want to hear: "Gogo Enyo, get the mpc3000. It's the only way of making hiphop! No soul has ever made hits with the mpc2000XL, That's simply a toy.

Was that supposed to be some kindof response?
You have asked your question a 100 times on a 100 forums in front of thousands of people and everyone has old you the exact same things..
1. Keep the 3k for _____________
2. Keep the 2k for _____________
3. Fu.ck off you Dr. Dre wannabe(I mean, why the hell you wanna imitate an album thats older than you are?...and you're from Holland. HOLLAND!?!!?)
4. Have you made any music for the 2k/3k (which you never seem to answer...hmmmm....)

So in other words, what kind of answer did you expect to get here?....Unlike you, we dont have the time to play on these forums with folks who aint serious about their gear or at least learning it so whatever you were trying to accomplish is void. You dont want an answer, you just want to annoy us and thats not cool...

 ...and remember folks....he's only this stupid at 13....he'll be a full blown retard by the time he gets to my age.....

Ok, you guys are right I will **** off, good? is it ok?

I make big hits with my 2kxl, it's just a matter of how much imagination and skill you got to use the equipment you have that's all.

No worries Lampdog, I have had the mpc2000xl myself. I know it's a hell of a box to play with! Unfortunately Enyo Frog doesn't... The poor soul.

The 60 is little?? my MK I houses the 2000 in real estate, not necessarily a good thing, but this thing is deluxe!!

The screen is never busy and hardly simple. It is well designed, as I'm sure the 2000 is, I just found it busy. Once you know where to look it must be quicker. I just have my preference like pads on the left, the 2000 seemed off to me before I even saw a 60 or 3000, but once again, that's a personal preference.

Tell you what, lets play chicken, you drop your 2000 on my 60 then I'll drop my 60 on your 2000 and we'll see which survives, and who can call who little.
_______________

Get the 3000 if you like it, keep it, if you don't sell it and get something else, maybe a 2000 again. But listen to Vision, "Don't die wondering"

I think it is funny that some people say that the mpc60 sound quality is better. If you are looking for nice crunchy sounds, yes, it is the machine for you. Why does it sound, how should I put this, Lo-fi? Well, the mpc60 has a much lower sample rate and much lower audio resolution. This is because the 60 has a lower bit rate sample engine. Im not trying tp argue with anyone. I personaly like the 60. It is all a matter of what you are doing. What if I liked the sound of a tape player more. This doesnt mean that its sound quality is better. Its pretty simple.

No offense to those who might take it the wrong way. I like em both!

40KHz is Much lower rate than 44.1KHZ?

12 bit yes, the 60 only suffers in the high frequencies but it all depends on how you sample too.

The sound quality may be better as in more pleasing to the ear, rather than numbers on the page. My emax sounds better than my 60 at 28KHz and 12 bit, so be careful of paper wisdom.

Elmacaco knows the deal!! Hz aint nothin but a number. It's all in the quality of the converters...
And second: Why is everybody always dissing eachother on this forum?
I am new to this forum but i think of this more as a learning forum instead of a dissing forum -)thegreatmuffin!
I came up with a cheap solution before for enyo but if he has the money why should he not look for the perfect machine for his needs? This has nothing to do with being spoiled i think!

The people who only own a 2000 are real sensitive to people asking OPINIONS and getting answers from folks like me who prefer the 60/3000 over the 2000.

u def. got a point doveski and i admit it even tho i got a 2kxl. but i am def. thinking about copping me a 60. not because of what i heard, but just to add something new and exciting to my setup. and if i like one better than the other then soemthing is getting sold. as simple as that. and why is everyone always battling about which mpc is better. iseen this post hundreds of times with the same comments but different people. us akai supporters should be happy taht a system that was made in 89 is still a hot piece of equipment today. i don't get it.
