Who has good rock songs to sample?

I'm just a little curious about what some good artists are from rock. I want to find some artists from that genre. I know supertramp has some nice little stuff but I'm just curious is anyone can help a little? thanks

you'll be surprised what you can find on some old $1 rock records. Go to a salvation army and pick up some randome rock shit from the 70's and late 60's. A lot of that stuff is heavily blues and funk influenced.

yeah man I found one of the dopest basslines off this little all-white rockband from the late 60's like, you woulda swore it was some '75 funk but say it aint so it wasn't. it was super clean with some of the sloppiest hi-hats i have ever done heard too. I'd tell u it but you know that aint the way it goes sometimes
