whtas the best way to sample from cd's, whats the best equipment that would give me the best quality sound?

The best way to sample from CD's would be to connect your CD player's audio out to your MPC's RECORD IN.

Digital out, digital in. Or rip using computer. Trnsfer to mp.

I got a numark axis 9 for sampling from cd and it was one of the best $190 investments i made, real time effets, live pitch change, etc. its dope.

Like ddot said from an outboard CD burner go out SPDIF and in SPDIF on the MPC or whatever hardware. Pure data no A/D D/A taking place, it's the cleanest way. I'm not sure what sampler you got so you might not have a SPDIF I/O.
