Works normal for me, Are you sure your speakers aren't pahse reversed or something? What are outputs 3 and 4 plugged into? does it do this when on the main outs? how about outs 1/2? Are you sure it's not being phase reversed somewhere there? you may need to check your cables, one could be messed up and causing it. That aside, take the wav and convert it to SND with the mpc editor or wav to snd, and then load it by itself, does it still do it? try it through outputs 3/4 and all others and see where it is coming from.

It can be many things.
