exactly... the main reason i posted this is to let everyone know that they are slow as hell and to be careful when buyhing from them...

I hate to wait. For me man its like aday after payment clears i am asking about it. Much to many sellers annoyance Im sure.

i remember it was about 6 months ago or so that i saw, i think it was an mpc60 yahoo users group email or something... but it was Route66 saying that they had only 6 or so 3.10e OS upgrades for the 60 and they were selling them first come first serve for like $120 or so, which is cheaper than RogerLinn's price of $199... now if they had only that limited amount(cant remember exact number but think it was close to 6 or so) they would DEFINITELY be out by now, dont you think? i dont know, but this ish sounds shady... maybe they are getting more of them ordered, or even making more themselves... if this is the case and they are making them themselves, which anyone with the right equipment could easily do pretty cheap, then i think that this should seriously be brought to the attention of RogerLinn... i know Mr. Linn wouldnt appreciate his OS being bootlegged... but then again, maybe they are just waiting on Linn to ship more OS chips to them, someone dd mention that ROGER LINN is out of EPROMS also...

I think you missed the what we meant, it was based on having tried to resolve the matter privately with no resolve.
In the sense of they aren't doing what they were supposed to and won't refund etc....

i trie3d the private thing... and like others said they dont answer thier phone, return messages, or answer emails...

Well, I've never had a problem with them responding, just them not saying what I wanted to hear.

yea... well these dudes just dont respond period to me... and the only time i get in touch with them is after thier work hours some chick answers.. i guess he works from home and that is his girl or whatever... but if it wasnt for her answering who knows.. the dude might have caller id or soemthing and is avoiding my calls..

Butcher- I copped my upgrade from route 66 around the time that fobedafied mentioned when there were only 6 or 8 left. It took about a month from the day that they received the money 2 the day that I received the EPROMS. I got the manual, 4 sound disks and 4 EPROMS. I did have 2 send a couple e-mails and the "1st" shipment was lost just like what happened with u. They may lag but they saved me around $80 so they're cool with me. I hope they come through 4 u. -uno-

thanx for the response... made me feel a little better... still pissed and to pay the extra 80 bucks may have been worth it but we will see what happens.. if u said a month then it should be here any day... peace

Yo! I saw the same stuff I heard that they had only a few of those upgrades for months they have to be out by now. I think that guy is stalling cos he aint got no more. I think you better call the cops!

Nah, it took one of my boys almost a month ot get his from them and that was back in April of this year.
They just tend to be slow.
