Replacement lcd monitor

Anyone familiar with an Online Resource where i can purchase a replacement LCD monitor for my mpc 2000? I've looked around without much luck.

is it the back light or the lcd?

hold shift and rotate the data wheel just in case its only the contrast which is not showing up.

Thanks for your replies. The Monitor has vertical and horizontal lines of dead screen rendering it unreadable. @ first i could work with the few lines of dead screen that appeared but now my Mpc is useless for the worst of it is concentrated on the left side of the screen.

Damn that shit f*ckin sucks...I got my MP gettin fixed now, in the meantime I'm lookin around for upgrade stuff if I find something I'll post it...I feel you though, I'd be sick

I just Had mine Replaced for $400. canadian which is about $300.93 U.S dollars. It had been getting the "DREADFUL" lines for the last 3 or 4 years but like you I could manage, then this year it got soo bad I had to fork out the cash. My production partner has the same problem but there is a major back order and he has been waiting 3 or 4 months already for his and still not available. His is soo bad you can't see anything. It's funny because everyone I know with 2000 had or has to get it replaced within the same time frame.

Anyway they ordered my part from somwhere in Montreal but the part is maufactured in Japan. .
