Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

and trip hop//i.e some drums and basses that'll just load up from a disc! any suggestions?

I think he meant where he could find some sounds for this Genre of music.

I'm not sure myself but i know someone here has some good tips/sites.

its not the samples in dub its the reverb and delay..look for horns and keys..dub is really simple melodies just tons of verb and ambience...

Make sure you set up your delay 'dub delay style' though the board. and tweak away. Any kind of drum and bass sound can be used; bang out the right patterns and make sure the bass is low and heavy.
