I just have to say that...

the mpc2000xl is pure dopeness!! I've had it for a couple of days and I love it already. Just wanted to share my new feelings... and say wassup to all people on this board. I might have a question or two soon.

If there's anyone out there who hasn't got one and is thinking about it, get it! I think the workflow is alot more creative and fun. And the sound is so tight, simply better in my opinion than any software I've tried. There's not that much nasty "digital treble" which I hear from making music with Reason etc. It's just so tight.

And on that note, I will add that obtaining any MPC for music production is a solid decision, I ain't even hatin on the 1000 no more...freak what you got....sky's the limit!!!

Glad to hear your happy about it.Stick with it and you'll be more amazed by the day.At times it can be a pain but just ride it out and don't sell it at the first sign of "trouble".

hahaha ^^ that happened to me, I got frustrated with the first one I had and needed money to catch up on college loans, so I sold it and realized I made a HUGE mistake! So I bought another one off ebay and have put way more time into learning it, and Now I LOVE it!

I would never sell this fine pice of... plastic. I havent had one single frustration yet so it's all good. Just made a really dope beat with it and I'm gettin the hang of the song arranging now which was really easy. Just as it should be.

And I'm gettin the eb16 and 8 outs tomorrow too, gonna buy a cheap s3000xl and rip out the cards. Hopefully they are both intact and flawless.
