Press track mute, then mute the track you want to mute.

nah i know that but isnt their a screen that says mute group

im not talking bout track mute.....but thanx alot my dude

haha not to sound rude man but whats with your launguage! anyways lame comments by me aside . you can assign mute groups in the program edit screens.

or as ive often head.. read the manual!

i dotn mean to sidetrack thsi thread, but while were on topic....

what exactly does mute groups do? can someone explain?

oh yeah whoops, I hadn't had coffee yet. samples assigned to the same mute group will share a voice of polyphony. That is, when one is triggered it'll stop the previous one. This is handy for stuff like hi hats, where you want the open hat to stop when you hit the closed one, just like in real life. But yeah, it's all in the manual.

its in program, then parameters, assign each pad you want to the same one, like 01, they will cut each other off without overlapping
