Wahrg! Pad broken!

Hello again.

My MPC has serious problems : one pad does not work properly, and the "C" Bank button also doesn't react any time i press it.

I think this is a repairable problem. What should I do ? Can I repair it myself ? Can AKAI do ? How long does it take ? How much will it cost ?

Did anyone of you have that problem ?
