you cant do that impossible, but you can filter it, try using a hipass filter

naw you wont get rid of the drums. if you dont mind it being filtered, like Capshun said, i like to filter it in the mpc. can make some nice basslines.
but if you cant build your own drums around the sample, i guess there's nothing you can do...try using the drums in the sample to your advantage. it can add some nice sh*t to your own pattern

I know it sounds VERY basic, and like it shouldn't work, but I zoom into the wave and just silence the drum out. Even if I clip a lil of the the other samples, when the beats finished, you can cover it up easily with the rest of the beat. Sounds HELLA ghetto but it works, try it.

Yeah, just chop out all of the snares and kicks, and sounds like drums were never there...sounds f'ed up without your own drums over, but it'll sound good in the finished product
