beat sales help

wzup yall i got like 10 songs that i wanna put on soundclick and put them for sale. i ready have an account . If there is somebody who knows how soundclick works and all that selling stuff write it u here please. ot be more specific i want to know how can i lease beats and what happens when i sell it. I know i get the money pay pal . somebody who has a good sounclick set up write back please

Well I'm not an expert at this because I have never sold a beat. But this is how I heard it goes down.

1.Rapper A contacts you and says he wants to buy beat 3 for his project.
2.You guys negotiate a price and decide whether he will be getting a leased track or he's gonna get exclusive track.
3.If you want a contract negotiate with this. If he sends you a contract don't just accept it because he says its a "standard contract" there is no such thing as a standard contract. Make sure your happy with the contract by making changes to it.
4. After he signs the contract (if you want one.) Decide whether or not he wants just a whole wav file of a beat you arranged and produced or if he wants individual tracks.
5.Send him the track and have him mail you the finished product.

my advice for getting you music out is to go outside. There is a underground and college where you live at I'm sure. So go down there and go to where they freestyle and have open mic's there are plenty of people always looking for tracks.
