ive been pondering leaving the hardware world, but a question struck me. would i be able to use 2 midi controllers together, lets say m audio for instance, like a radium for my keys and a trigger finger for my drum pads... would i be able to use both of these at the same time in reason? or would there be a conflict using 2 controllers at once? please enlighten me :D thank you

reason 3 has new ways too both, yes, you can use 2.

A midi merger should do the trick....Into the MPC, I am sending a midi wind controller, 2 keyboards (an 88 key weighted job for the pianists and a 61 key spring synth which I prefer to work on) and a roland guitar synth...they all seem to work seamlessly.

That's how I do it, with a thru box, but reason just added some features for multiple controllers.
