Saving Tracks with samples to floppy using 2kxl

I laid down a few tracks all were vinyl samples. Track 1 kick Track 2 snare Track 3 rimshot Track 4 a piano riff that was looped. After I was done I thought I had saved it. So I shut down equipment then turned everything back on and loaded disk but the only thing that loaded was the kick and the snare no rimshot or piano loop. I tried saving as all seq. and songs and as all programs and sounds. I'm new at this just bought the MPsaturday. Can somebody give me some aid and assist.I have the 2kxl with fx and 8in8out. If I go to trim screen all of my samples are there they just wont play in my seq.

First off, is it a 2k or a 2kxl?

....perhaps the disk was full and you just didnt catch that disk write error message. You'll be seeing alot of that when using a floppy. Just cop one of them there internal zips and call it a wrap. Did the samples load up into the memory at all or did they just not load into the sequence?
When saving, sometimes what I do is save as .aps(all programs and sounds) and .all(all sequences and songs)...that way you have everything covered. and its always good to save after you made a drastic change you wanna keep, yow mean?

yeah try saving with the asp file, that should work.

First off, try just saving APS and ALL every 10 minutes or so as you go along and do your beat jsut so you have a recent save of your music.

Sounds like you PGM's might be loaded into different than original DRUMS they were in before, or, you switched the DRUM on a track from the original DRUM that was there, could be some others but those are off he top of my head..
