You're not hooking up the turntable outs straight into the MPC ins are you?
What turntable are you using?

It wasnt a how to sample question. It was a how to sample directly into the unit using a rca adapter and eliminate noise question.. Yall cats kill me trying to son people like your Roger Linn or sombody! Like my question didnt deseve a answer.. Get out you bed room and sell some tracks, and stop trying to be Yoda on this site. Your trying to treat every one wit a question like a newbie.. I been rocking wit mpc's for ten years... EL Loser

chill man.

If you've been on the product for so long people would expect these kind of questions to be formulated clearer....

From what I understood, what you want is a tiny standalone phono-preamp that has phono in and line out. If you already gots one, hook it up to the line in of your dj mixer and try the turntable with that. That way you can check if the preamp is ****. If thats not it, try and be a little clearer.

Why do I have to answer your question? if you've been rocking MPC's for 10 years you should be able to figure out this kinda thing, or at least describe what's happening better.

and when someone doesn't guess your issue and solve your problem you just lash out and insult them, why?

I didnt just ask YOU El. I threw it out there for any one who might have insight on the prob.. You were the one who replied and told me to save my lifeline, on some Regis Philbin shit. If the question belittled your almighty mpc knowlege, you could have ignored it. I needed an educated answer from a professional.. Not a slick comment by a message board stalking bedroom producer. Baseline, I dont need comments from the peanut gallery. No disrespect to anyone else doing thier thing on here.. Bang those beats out.. Excelsior!

"If the question belittled your almighty mpc knowlege, you could have ignored it."

No, YOU belittled the knowledge that YOU claimed to have. I recall you saying you had 5 years and "Far from a newb ", yet you asked something that a first week MPC'er figures out.

You would have been just fine asking a newb question and you would have gotten a decent response. Instead, you waltz in, ruffling your feathers and proceed to immediately stick both feet in mouth.

It's OK to be a noob, jeez, we all were at one time. It's not OK to pretend not to be one.

^^A big "WORD" to this as well coming from the "Peanut Gallery" (whatever that is).

And it's BASSLINE, not Baseline. Say what you want about me but just make sure you spell my name right.

OUT!!!

Looked up that "Peanut Gallery" sh*t. Interesting stuff.

Thanks for the knowledge...but my opinion stands.

Kiko chusma, you're the one who asked me to holler on a qustion that the majority of people here could help you with. Plus there are several people here that are better candidates for yodahood than me, so don;t play me out like I'm trying to be all that, I just don;t get why you would call me out on some nonsense then get pissed when i tell you to save your lifelines because if your shyt really screws up and you don;t know what to do I might be able to help, don;t waste our time with stuff you haven't tried to fix yourself.

I like helpin people but don;t get lazy and not try fixing your shyt first.

speakin of fixin...........

el, take the semi colon key out of your keyboard and exchange it with the apostrophe key cuz you seem to have confused the two a lot lately...:P

okay, back to hostile newbies

I know, sorry yo.

I even got me an ergonomic keyboard, I still keep missing the apostrophy. It's not my fault though, I had to cut off the tip of my Pinky or my Japanese uncle was gonna kill me.
