Free post production.

New facility is open and for about the next week we will be doing free production on tracks. Please make sure the following is done if you would like to submit a track for the free production offer.

1.please make sure all track have the same start and end times.
2.please limit songs to 5 tracks.
3.please have everything ready in 1 zip folder with the artist and song name.

1 song per person and you can send it to the site email or to me over aim.

i can't remember the last song that i did that had 5 tracks. my last song was 108 tracks. damn my daw is diesel!

well if it was a paying customer i would do that many tracks but im doing about 50 freebies so i cant and dont have the time for more than about 5 tracks sorry.

108? The most I've ever used is 16. What am I missing that I would need another 92 tracks?

That animated cursor on ur site is a lil messed up. It's hard to tell where you're clicking.

i stack a lot plus i record live instruments with a lot of stacked vocals with a lot of stacked harmonies.
1 thing i learned long ago is to stack stack stack.
most will ignore what i am saying and will remeber it in a few years when they stumble upon it but this can't be said enough. rock producers always ask me how come hip-hop sounds so thick when there isn't much going on? the answer is to stack. also i know how to program synths and do do on occassion, but people say the triton sounds r played. not if u stack them. i for the most part use the presets. granted i am stacking them with other sounds to make new sounds, but no one could ever point out a preset in my tracks. plus i got a ton of other synths to stack with. so if i hear a sound in my head i will start grabbing patches and build the sound instead of making it on my synth. this just saves a lot of time.

i am a huuuge fan of stacking. it really adds so much to your sound. it's very easy to do these days, too - especially with a 1k synched up to reason. 1k for drums, sample, sample chop switchups and bass tones, and reason for the immense stackage that inevitably follows.

stacking is especially crucial for your samples - if you stack an accoustic guitar of your own programming onto an accoustic guitar sample, you're that much further from being "caught" using the sample AND it makes it an entirely different instrument.

not to mention stacking an accoustic bass on top of a bass tone to thicken up the accoustic and to make the bass tone organic....

i can't explain how important stacking is. i also can't explain how time consuming it is, also.
