Over in the states you're allowed to listen to them, here it's illegal.

I've lost the links now but found plenty on google. You need real player to listen to most just type a few choice words into google. Theres some funny rednecks on CB radio shi. as well.

i got my neighbor whos a police officer to get dispatch on a private channel and get me exactly what i needed. but thanks for all the great spots to get em.
