exactly. if you don't know what 1/16 notes, bpms, or meausres are then all of this coaching is pointless. if you have no foundation of basic priciples, how will you apply them. we can tell you buttons to press but if you don't understand our terminology then what good will it do? i'm not being negative here, my advice is to study a lil music theory so that you can translate and implement the techniques we have to offer.

alright thanks ya :wink: it didnt really help lol cause i suck but i know ya would of helped alot of i understand what 1/16 note is 1/8 note is how long if have to press the repeat button how to get the main loop to keep playing and what a bar is

read about it bro!!

im tellin you! spend some time on this site. listen to what people do here....do it on your mpc at home and you'll learn what it is......but like pad said, you wont understand if you dont know the terminology. i read through a music dictionary a long while back. it helped somewhat...sounds like you need to do a lot of reading!
