when i save the sequence to the compact flash card, i cant open in the computer to listen it , can anyone tell me how

nobody can tell you how because this is not possibel right now
.seq files don't have audio

You sample the sequence from the main out of your MPC, save it to your compact flash card and upload it to your PC.
