would you pay 900 for a 60 without the linn OS?

if it had the SCSI, it would be a decent price, without, no. See it he'll come down to 900. since you can easily get a 60 for 700 and upgrade yourself.

unless it's mint mk I, I wouldn't consider it.

`mint` means still in the box new. So it is not mint. If they cannot correctly identify the condition description then I would move on to another seller.

And yes, that is too much.

I agree with these fellas, I think $1100 is a little pricey for a 60 with the OS upgrade. Now if it had the SCSi and upgrade that is worth it. Just look at it like this:
base model - $550 - $750
w/ 3.10 upgrade $750 - $950
w/ 3.10 and SCSI - $950 - $1150

I would think these are cool prices contingent on the condition of the machine of course. I'm still lookin out for ya!

i payed $711 off of ebay for my 60mkII with version 2.12 OS... no SCSI, and only the original 750kb of RAM...
for the OS and SCSI upgrades from ROGER LINN it is $445 before tax and shipping! thats $1156 before shipping and tax... not to mention another $100 bucks or so for an additional 750kb of RAM...
that brings my total to about $1300 bucks!!!

im sure you can find a better deal than i did......
