Error Message, What's GOin' On???????!!!?!?!?!?!?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have an akai MPC2000xl. I was messin around with it today, and I all of a sudden got an error message. The XL stopped working and the screen said "Error at 3550:00F2." It just stops working, and if I push any other buttons, it just shows this crazy screen with all kinds of codes. It was working fine until today. I've had it for about 7 months. Any help would be GREATLY appreciatted!!!

This has been brought up on a weekly basis and should not be hard to find using the SEARCH function of the forum.

Actually, you could probably even use the NEXT link at the bottom of the topic list and easily find the most recent one.

That happend to me once before and it kinda freaked me out, but lucky I didnt start crackin on anything worth saving, so I just turned it off then back on again and it was fine...Peace

i thought i was only one with that error
i guess its just a glitch that appears every now and then

turning it off/on normally does the trick like beets said

the lesson that error will teach you is the magical word SAVE

yo i had that same error like a week after i bought it. i e-mailed the support webdite at akaipro.com but since i didnt have the whole error message they couldn't help me out. i would email them and ask them. get back too im curious to know. peace.
