I just started buying vinyl. The more vinyl I get the more I will have to use. I been making beats for almost 4 years. Only had my MPC for acouple of months. I download alot of stuff, but multisamples and sample cd's never download right. But I got a hell of alot of drums. Any tips on getting them sample cd's though?

Layering toms with kicks can give your kicks more body (if necessary). I've heard toms layered with kicks in some of J dilla's beats.
