i need help

whatup everyone i am bout to get a audio interface 4 da mp1000 but i got a few issues

1.the mp has 4 mixouts so i think i need one with at least 4 inputs(i think pls correct me if i am wrong)

2.once i get one with inputs i need what would i connect the outputs to?(i really need help on that one)

i am thinking bout getting an m-audio something because i can use them with protools but i am open to suggestions i am really an newbie when it comes to recording/tracking so pls excuse me if these are dumb questions

also what are yall tracking with soft or hardware? thanx holla at me

Okay, What Im useing is and M-Audio 2 stereo in and I use 2 1/4th audio cables and i record track by track. You should really be posting in the newbie part. Good luck with every thing

you don't NEED 6 inputs, its just nice.

but using midi to synchronize your mpc w/ the computer, you can record your seperate tracks using multiple passes, one at a time.

So you need minimum 2 inputs (for stereo), 6 is better.

And, you'll probably be multiple passes eventually, anyway.

for the output, could be a home stereo, fancy monitor speakers, whatever u afford.

this would be perfect for you. it also comes with cubase LE. you would just have to get midi cables and 1/4" cables to connect to the mpc and the unit.
