Rack + MIDI question

When I play the sounds off my rack module on the MPC they aren't in order like the keys on a keyboard. How can I make the MPC play the notes off the rack module like a keyboard?

Secondly I want to use the arp's on my rack and I can't get them to work. I have a Motif es rack.

Any help will be grately apprecicated.

something about the pads being in chromatic order...i think

dont know much else about that

you can put them in order by going to PROGRAM mode.

go into the param screen. and into the auto chrom settings. set it up to make a new program. but dont assign a sound from the mpc's memory just leave it blank.. change to drum2 or what ever and set the midi up. bang bang.. all done

I was being for real, that's a great trick that I never thought of. I don't use synth modules, but if I did, I'd be thanking you for a while for that one.
