LIVE SHT: MPC L&R split to dj mixer using FX

im all about the live and I been having dreams of this setup..

my 4k hooked up to a rane ttm56 splitting the L&R channels from the mpc to each side of the dj mixer, also then hooking up my PODxt to the fx loop of the rane.

That way I could trigger a single tone(panned hard right), cut it rhythmically with the fader and apply effects, at the same time playing drums(panned Left on the mixer) live with my left hand.... mmmmm
anyone done or had this idea or something similar?!

I can hold down a beat, kick snare and hats with one hand on the mpc so this would be crrrrazy.
the live possibilities is endless.....

Sounds like an interesting idea. As soon as you get it down, post a video, I gotta see that.

The closest thing I've seen to that was the DJ Shadow/Cut Chemist/DJ Nu-Mark "Pushing Buttons" video. They're routing the MPC through the DJ mixer and triggering scratch sounds from the pads while cutting the fader with the other hand..........but not while rocking a beat on the same MPC simultaneously.
