Sound Forge

Im chopping a sample in soundforge 8 and i have a few different files with different samples on them. When i try to edit one and save it it wont let me save the file.

it says an error occured when reading the file and to make sure that i have read access to the file and that its not corupted.

has anyone else had this problem? Can someone tell me what to do to save this file.

Did you have the same file open in another program at the same time you had it inside sound forge?

If so, it probably wouldn't let you save 'cos the other program was using it.

Do you have the file saved on your hard drive, floppy drive, zip drive, ect...? Depending on what u used it has to have that source. For instance if u pulled it from a zip try re-loading it from a zip. Go back to the original sourcn and upload it and try to save then.

Copy the Sample Data 2 Ur HARD DRIVE then Open in Sound Forge after this Copy the Samples Data to A New File Use Ur Auto Region and then
Process ur Out Put With A Different Name..............IF None Of this Workz.........................................
