If you really want to quit, get this book, The easy way to stop smoking by allen carr. you read the book while you smoke, and by the end of the book quitting is real easy, no hardcore cravings, no other BS at all.
I quit like 2 months ago because of this book, i know mad people who it's worked for, and it really just turns you into a non smoker, My only regret was not reading it sooner. Just get the damn book, if it doesn;t work you're still where your at, so just get it and read it fast, like in a week, its fun to read too, but it gets kinda scary when you feel it working, you stat procrastinating so you can enjoy more cigs.
Seriously, get the book, most of what you know about quitting is BS, it really is easier than you think.
I would love to be locked in either studio for a year and go CRAZY!!!
